Registration form

       No person is allowed to borrow Library material unless he/she has a Reading Card.

1. Students are allowed to Library reading rooms only on production of their authorized Reading Cards.
2. The following is required for issuing Readers Card:

           a. two photos (3x4)

           b. passport

           c. appropriate registration card (which is filled and signed at place).

       3.  The Director of the Library reserves the right to issue temporary or permanent Reading Card.
